Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in North Carolina Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Willingness to work collaboratively in fast-paced hospital environments
Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret patient vitals on Telemetry units Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med Surg patients Administer medications, treatments, and perform necessary procedures Document and report patient status changes accurately Coordinate care with physicians and the broader care team Educate patients and families about ongoing care and recovery
