Key Responsibilities:
Deliver top-quality care to patients on telemetry units, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding swiftly to critical changes Effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge instructions Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly and accurately Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols Respond quickly to emergencies using best practices in crisis situations
Qualifications & Experience:
Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in telemetry or step-down units Proven proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning in new settings
