Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement individualized care plans for a variety of medical-surgical cases Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families about ongoing conditions and post-discharge care Ensure meticulous documentation in line with facility protocols and regulatory standards Act proactively in responding to changes in patient status
Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license, in good standing Recent and relevant experience in medical-surgical nursing Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail Effective communication and teamwork skills Current BLS certification (other certifications may be required)
