Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina Minimum of 1 year recent OR nursing experience BLS certification required (ACLS and CNOR preferred) Skilled in circulating and/or scrubbing for operating room procedures Strong assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for various surgeries, maintaining the highest standards of aseptic technique Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout the perioperative process Prepare and manage surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies Respond promptly to emergent situations with poise and competence
