LPN / RN
Responsibilities As an LPN or RN at Willow Ridge, you will: Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians, providers, and nursing leadership Supervise, support, and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations Help create a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment Build Your Nursing Career With Us At Willow Ridge, we want our nurses to grow with us.
