Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced outpatient nurse who thrives in a fast-paced yet personalized setting. You will play a central role in delivering concierge-level care, supporting medical services while providing outstanding patient experiences from the moment they walk through the door. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression and concierge-level service Answer and triage incoming phone calls, providing clinical guidance and coordinating care Perform IV therapy: Start and manage intravenous lines for wellness and therapeutic treatments Complete clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support efficient clinic operations Process prior authorizations, medication refills, and insurance-related documentation Accurately document all patient encounters, procedures, and communications in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Proactively communicate with patients, including timely callbacks, lab result reviews, and follow-up instructions Review laboratory results and collaborate with providers to ensure timely patient notification and care coordination Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing clinical environment Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required) Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (outpatient, concierge, aesthetics, or primary care strongly preferred) Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Experience IV therapy is highly desirable Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient-centered care Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Professional development opportunities in primary care, functional and concierge medicine A beautiful, state-of-the-art clinical environment A supportive, collaborative team culture focused on work-life balance and career growth If you are a dedicated RN who excels in both clinical excellence and personalized patient service, we would love to welcome you to the Thomas Medical family.
