Hiring Event Incentives $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires Additional $500 Hiring Event Bonus for full-time candidates hired during the event Same-day interviews and on-the-spot offers Position Details Full-Time opportunities available 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available Competitive pay based on experience Every other weekend rotation RN Responsibilities Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families Supervise LPNs and CNAs Ensure accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Active North Carolina RN license in good standing Current CPR certification.
