Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Previous experience in Emergency Room or acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and triage skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations Proficient in collaborating with physicians and support staff BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (as required) Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Schedule:

12-hour shifts Night shift availability required

Role Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or trauma Performs rapid assessment and initiates appropriate interventions Monitor vital signs, record data, and notify physicians of patient changes Administer medications, IVs, and treatments swiftly and accurately Support patients and families, delivering clear communication and education Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality protocols Participate in code responses and emergency procedures as needed
