White Oak Manor Waxhaw is currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified full-time Registered Nurses. The bonus is paid in scheduled increments throughout the first year of employment , rewarding your commitment and dedication to our residents and team. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, identifying changes and implementing appropriate interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes. Lead and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence in resident care.
