Registered Nurse (RN) - 2nd Shift | 7 PM-7 AM Ridge Valley Center for Nursing | Wilkesboro, NC Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts Make a Difference Every Night Ridge Valley Center for Nursing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for our 7 PM-7 AM overnight shift . What You'll Do Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care throughout the overnight shift. Assess residents' conditions and monitor for changes in health status. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor residents and respond promptly to changes in condition or adverse symptoms. Perform treatments, wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as needed. Accurately document assessments, medications, treatments, vital signs, and other clinical information. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate. Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. What We're Looking For Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina . Current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team.
