The ideal candidate will be team oriented, patient-centered as well as quality and safety focused. Great communication skills are required. Experience in Oncology or Radiation Oncology is preferred but not required. This is a full-time employed position consisting of four 10-hour days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sharing care of patients with cancer, including inpatient consultations and outpatient survivors, during and after treatment. The practice consists of one inpatient and three outpatient radiation oncology centers, staffed by seven Board Certified Radiation Oncologists and two Certified Physician Assistants. Education and Experience Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Master's degree required Oncology experience preferred Current and valid North Carolina medical license
