They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful end-of-life care. The nurse applies best scientific evidence and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, taking responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN licensure in the appropriate state.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant experience. Reactivation of inactive, retired, or lapsed licenses requires a Board-approved refresher course.
