Schedule/Hours:
Travel position—flexibility required for variable shifts.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active RN license, eligible in North Carolina. Minimum of one year direct experience in Emergency Room or similar high-acuity environment. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities. Adaptable, dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting. Quickly assess situations, initiate interventions, and provide comprehensive documentation. Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Facilitate smooth patient flow from triage to discharge or transfer. Support patients and families with compassion and clear information.
