Job Description

RN Home Health
  • 26-Week Contract |
Monday-Friday Coverage Area:
Warren, Franklin, Vance, and Granville Counties Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
Duration:
26 weeks (extension possible)
On-Call:
Required if requested; based on staffing needs
Productivity:
30 units Minimum Requirements Active RN license (state) 2+ years Home Health experience 1-2 years RN clinical experience Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
  • Required OASIS documentation experience
  • Required Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance Education Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma
  • Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Preferred Preferred CHPN certification #INDPRO
