Southwest Healthcare Services is located in Bowman, North Dakota which is in the southwest corner of the state. We are located close to the beautiful badlands and close to the black hills. We are continually to achieve to the employee and patient of choice. Southwest Healthcare Services has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. We are looking for a full-time RN to work 12-hour night shifts. Qualified candidates will receive a $20,000 sign on bonus, relocation assistance, competitive wage and benefit package, as well as opportunities for up to $15,000 in student loan repayment assistance. Job Description:
Our current available RN positions consist of: ensuring the day to day function of a long term care and Hospital facilities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines. Duties associated with this position include: charting & documentation, drug administration, personnel functions, nursing care, staff development, ensuring safety & sanitation, maintaining equipment & supplies, completing care plans & assessments, and ensuring resident and patient rights.
