Key Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of experience in Rehab, Long Term Care (LTC), or Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Proficiency in providing care to patients with complex medical needs Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and support staff Current BLS certification Adaptability in fast-paced environments with quickly changing patient needs

Key Responsibilities:
