Category Nursing - RN-Rehab/LTC Job Type Contract A dynamic professional is needed for a contract assignment supporting rehabilitation and long-term care patients within a respected healthcare environment. This position is essential for providing direct nursing care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active RN license with good standing Demonstrated experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care settings Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and deliver patient care consistent with established standards for rehab and long-term care nursing Monitor patient status and implement appropriate nursing interventions Update and maintain accurate patient records Administer prescribed medications and treatments efficiently Educate patients and families regarding care plans and progress Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare staff This contract role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives in a supportive and collaborative setting.
