No Department Details Join a passionate team in our Substance Use Disorder clinic! This role will be responsible for triaging patient needs, providing education, and obtaining vitals during in person visits. The team will work together to help build this new program and develop effective workflows. we are seeking an RN to join this is small, close-knit group of professionals who all share a passion for treating patients with Substance Use Disorders. Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Summary Answers patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinic team. Individuals who thrive in this role are adaptable, great communicators, detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. These RNs collaborate with providers to guide patients to the appropriate level of care. Your day to day may include:- Addressing inquiries via phone and MyChart messaging

- Utilizing nursing and assessment skills
