Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar nursing environments Strong assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care Ability to adapt and respond efficiently in dynamic situations
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to residents and patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress Complete detailed documentation and maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to implement personalized care plans Educate patients and families about care routines, progress, and health management Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and healthcare regulations This is a contract position, suited for a nursing professional passionate about long-term and rehabilitative care.
