Oversee and coordinate nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting Assess resident needs and ensure appropriate care plans are developed and maintained Supervise and support nursing staff to promote high standards of patient care Monitor resident health, progress, and changes in condition Ensure medications, treatments, and clinical interventions are administered appropriately Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families Support compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Assist with quality improvement initiatives and continuity of care Requirements for theTravel LTC Management RN:
