14th July 2026 Full Job Description Smart Healthcare Solutions is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated, one-on-one support to pediatric NDIS participant in school setting."This role involves delivering high-quality clinical and personal care throughout the school day, ensuring the participant can safely access their education while maintaining their health, wellbeing, and dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care, enjoy working in community settings, and value building consistent, supportive relationships that make a meaningful difference in a young person's daily life.
About You:
You'll bring strong clinical skills in Trauma informed care, PEG feeding, care, safe hoisting and manual handling, and precise medication management, with a sharp eye for monitoring and responding to any changes. Just as important is your ability to deliver care in a calm, gentle, and age-appropriate way supporting the child's comfort, dignity, and active participation in the school day. If you can combine clinical excellence, Trauma informed care with a nurturing, can-do approach and work confidently on your own, this is a role where your impact will be felt every day.
Key Requirements:
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse. Must be someone who loves to work with children Current National Police Clearance. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Working with Children Check Current Manual handling certificate Current First Aid and CPR Certificate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Monday - Friday 09:00AM - 15:00
