; PALS preferred Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) to provide safe, high-quality patient care in an acute-care setting. The RN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients' conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered. Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and changes in patient condition. Provide direct care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patients' clinical status. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license . Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/acute-care nursing experience required . BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. PALS certification preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay:

$2,400.00 - $2,556.00 per week
