Job Description

Where You'll Work CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management. In our Critical Access Hospital, you will be exposed to the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and so much more! Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Cardiac Rehab RN at CHI Williston Health, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education.

Every day, you will expertly assess complex cardiac conditions, meticulously monitor patient progress, and collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and long-term wellness plans, ensuring no two days are alike.

To be successful in this role, you will combine acute assessment skills and an adaptable, detail-oriented approach with a compassionate drive to go the extra mile, shaping enduring positive health outcomes for every patient. Performs assessment of patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Implements exercise regimen and evaluates the patient's response to care and documents Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures Provides patient and family education Job Requirements Required Associate's Degree in
Nursing Registered Nurse:
ND, upon hire and American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire Preferred Experience as a Cardiac RN
