Job Description

Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Maintain a knowledge base regarding sedation/analgesic and anesthetic agents and techniques, physiologic and physiological response to the recovering patient Assess, plan, intervention for and evaluate the physical and physiological response to analgesia; able to plan for the risks and the interventions for those risks associated with the administration of sedation, analgesia, and anesthetic agents Assesses patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Collaborates with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patient throughout the facility using proper hand off techniques Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures We are offering a $25,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required Associate Of Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing Minimum of two (2) years RN experience
