Job Description

Good Shepherd is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
What We Offer Compensation:
$35 - $38 per hour $6000 RN Sign-On Bonus (paid over one year in quarterly increments) | Full-Time Only Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Schedule and Employment Type Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM) | Every Other Weekend Required Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately Communicate effectively with providers, residents, and families Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a role that blends clinical expertise with leadership responsibility, apply today to join the Good Shepherd nursing team!
