13 Weeks Shift Schedule 3x12-Hour Night Shifts Rotating Day/Night Shifts as Needed Position Overview A healthcare facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join its clinical team for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience and the ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting Monitor patient conditions and accurately document clinical changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Support patient safety and therapeutic interventions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate charting and patient documentation Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care processes Follow facility policies, behavioral health protocols, and infection control standards Requirements Active RN License required BLS Certification required Previous Behavioral Health or Psychiatric RN experience preferred Ability to work rotating schedules, including night shifts Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient care skills For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
