You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient conditions Perform bedside shift reports and proactive patient rounding Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately using EPIC Float to IMCU for Med Surg assignments as needed

Requirements:
