Certification as a NP/PA 2+ years experience in
Oncology Addition Details:
Comprehensive Cancer Center with Medical and Radiation Oncology services QOPI certification and CoC accreditation Oncology Pharmacist and Infusion Center in the department Nurse Navigator, Case Management, Registered Dietician and Rehab Services support Close partnership with UNMC and collaborate to offer Genetic Counseling, Surgical Oncology and Thoracic Oncology Outreach clinics Patient population includes solid tumor oncology, also benign and malignant hematology, but we don t manage induction chemotherapy or bone marrow transplant patients. Would assist with inpatient rounding we are consulting service only, not admitting providers. Inpatient volume tends to be low at 1-4 cases/week. Typical APP patient load is 8-9/day while assisting with call. If not on call would typically see 9-11/day
