Day 6a-6p FT Night 6p-10p Overnight 6p-6a PRN Weekend Baylor program: Fri, Sat, Sun 12hr shifts work 36 get paid 40!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. RNs play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents' medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN): Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused. Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially. Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN): Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts. Walk-in Interviews Welcome Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 4:30 pm!
