Nurse Consultant - Spanish Required Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center - 1.6 Omaha, NE Job Details Full-time $55,279.46 - $66,573.11 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Spanish RN License APRN English Physician Assistant License Full Job Description Nurse Consultant Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center — Omaha, NE Full-time |
RN / APRN / PA
| Base salary + performance bonus Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center is Omaha's premier destination for surgical and non-surgical body contouring and aesthetic care. We've built our reputation on a luxury, high-touch patient experience, and our team is close-knit and hardworking — our average team member has been with us for years, not months. We've trained physicians in our procedures for years and take training seriously, so you'll be set up to succeed even without prior aesthetic experience. About the Role This is a rare, three-in-one opportunity for the right person. As our Nurse Consultant, you'll guide patients through cost and financing conversations for the treatment plans our physicians recommend, help direct the clinical flow of the office day to day, and — once trained — spend one day a week performing hands-on treatments yourself.
This role is intentionally flexible:
as you grow with us, it can evolve to emphasize whichever of these three areas is your strongest fit, whether that's consultation, office leadership, or clinical treatment. What You'll Do Meet with new and prospective patients (both body and facial) to walk through their physician-recommended treatment plan, costs, and financing options Follow up proactively with consulted patients who haven't yet scheduled, helping them move forward with confidence Prepare the office for each day in advance — reviewing patient charts for completed forms, prior purchases, treatment history, and outstanding membership payments Direct the flow of the clinic throughout the day, helping keep the schedule, patients, and team moving smoothly Conduct consultations and financing conversations fluently in both English and Spanish Train in and eventually take on hands-on treatments one day per week, starting with Laser Genesis, HydraFacial, PRP/Microneedling, and Pixel8, with opportunity to grow into other treatments Partner closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure patients feel confident and supported at every step, from consultation through treatment What We're Looking For Active RN, APRN, or PA licensure Comfort and confidence selling a treatment plan — prior sales or consultative experience strongly preferred Full conversational fluency in English and Spanish, including comfort discussing cost and financing in both languages A natural organizer who enjoys keeping a busy day running smoothly, not just clinical work No aesthetic nursing experience required — we provide hands-on training for all clinical treatments A team-first, high-energy personality that fits a close-knit, hardworking practice Someone looking for a long-term role with real room to grow, not a short-term position Room to Grow This role is built to flex around your strengths. If you shine in the consultation room, this can grow into a dedicated patient consultation and financing role. If you're a natural at running the office, it can grow into an office leadership position. If you love the clinical side, we'll invest in training you further and shift more of the treatment load your way. As we grow, you grow — this role is a foundation, not a fixed box. What We Offer Base salary plus performance bonus Competitive benefits package including matching 401K, medical/vision/dental insurance, PTO and generous discounts on treatments and products Hands-on training in aesthetic treatments from a practice with years of experience training physicians A genuine, flexible growth path shaped around your strengths A close, hardworking, high-energy team that enjoys coming to work Imagen Body Sculpting & Cosmetic Center is an equal opportunity employer.
