Where You'll Work Since our doors opened in 1968, CHI Health Plainview has been providing patients of Pierce, Antelope and Knox counties in Nebraska with exceptional care and quality outcomes. We are a 15-bed critical access facility with inpatient and outpatient services. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
Clinical Care:
Provide quality patient care, perform routine procedures, administer medications, and assist physicians with exams, treatments, and emergency interventions.
Patient Assessment & Documentation:
Accurately record vital signs, document all physician orders, maintain patient charts, and ensure all procedures and medications have verified consent.
Patient Support & Education:
Educate patients and families on care plans, assist with referrals and insurance authorizations, and help patients access necessary medical services.
Clinic Operations:
Maintain medical equipment, manage supply inventory cost-effectively, and assist in all areas of the clinic to ensure smooth daily operations.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all regulatory standards (OSHA, infection control), maintain safety protocols, and follow clinic policies regarding attendance, training, and documentation. We are offering up to $5,000 as a Sign-on Bonus as well as up to $8,000 in Educational Assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
