Yes Join Our Team - Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services Cherry County Hospital is seeking a collaborative and experienced Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services to lead our Home Health and Employee Health programs. This leadership role is ideal for a team-oriented healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while promoting employee health, safety, and wellness. Position Highlights Provide leadership and operational oversight for Home Health and Employee Health Services Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical teams Oversee employee health programs, workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives Manage departmental budgets, staffing, quality improvement, and operational performance Collaborate with hospital leadership, providers, and community partners to achieve organizational goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Home Health or Occupational Health (preferred) 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, employee health, or related healthcare setting Strong knowledge of CMS, OSHA, and healthcare regulatory standardsStrong leadership and communication skills Experience in healthcare operations, home health, and/or employee health preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and compliance Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build positive working relationships Commitment to excellence in patient care and employee wellness
