Position Great Schedule:

Regular Part-Time (24 hours/week), 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every 3rd weekend rotation, 2 holidays per year

What You'll Do:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Provide direct patient care and carry out physician orders. Prioritize and coordinate care for multiple patients in an emergency setting. Collaborate with physicians, EMS providers, and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions. Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status. Assist with departmental quality initiatives and support emergency department operations. Serve as a resource and mentor to other team members as needed.

What You'll Need:

Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska Current certifications in

BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS

Previous Emergency Department nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Licenses & Certifications Required Ped. Adv. Life Support Trauma Nursing Core Adv.
