We are adding a PRN Registered Nurse to our founding clinical team — work the visits that fit your life, with full clinical backup behind you. Benefits Premium per-diem pay Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate True self-scheduling — you tell us your availability 24/7 clinical leadership support on every visit First consideration for full-time RN openings as our census grows Duties and Responsibilities As a PRN Registered Nurse with LilyCare, you will: Provide intermittent skilled nursing visits to hospice patients in private homes and facilities, including routine, PRN, and admission visits Deliver pain and symptom management according to the established plan of care Communicate visit findings to the RN Case Manager and clinical leadership, with same-day EMR documentation Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers during each visit Pick up optional weekend, evening, or time-of-death visits for added flexibility and income Compensation and Schedule The PRN Registered Nurse role pays $48.00-$58.00 per hour. Per-diem scheduling with day, evening, and weekend visits available across southern New Hampshire — you choose what you take. Skills and Qualifications Our ideal PRN Registered Nurse has: A current RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state One year of RN experience; hospice or home health experience strongly preferred, given the independent nature of PRN visits Current CPR certification A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance If you are a PRN Registered Nurse looking for flexibility without sacrificing support, apply today and our team will reach out directly.
