Assess, plan, and provides general medical care and treatment to the residents of the nursing home and Gerrish Manor Assisted Living under the direct supervision of the Medical Director. See Job Description for Additional Details Required Education & Experience Master'sdegree or its equivalent from a recognized college, institute, or university with major study in nursing, and graduation from a nurse practitioner program that meets qualifications established by the Board of Nursing Examiners for the specialty in which the Nurse Practitioner is to be employed. Three years professional advanced practical nursing experience post training with adult population or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing Education. Active DEA number required. Additional Eligibility Qualifications A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires. EOE Position is not eligible for benefits.
