Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Contract Advance your nursing career by utilizing your expertise in Med Surg and Telemetry within a dynamic float pool environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and wish to broaden their clinical skills.
Schedule:
Rotating shifts available Day and night shifts offered
Essential Qualifications:
Active RN license Proven experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Tele Float Pool settings Current BLS certification
COVID-19
vaccination required (Medical/Religious exemptions considered within facility policy) Strong adaptability and willingness to float between units as needed Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional patient care in both Med Surg and Telemetry departments as a valued member of the float pool Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, notifying the care team of significant changes Administer prescribed medications and therapies efficiently and safely Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, quality care throughout the unit Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care instructions Uphold strict adherence to infection control protocols and facility safety standards
