Registered Working Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) 11pm-7:00am (F, Sat, Sun) Epsom Health Care Center is a growing, fully integrated health care organization, specializing in long-term care, hospice and short-term rehabilitation. We are currently seeking a Registered Working Nurse Supervisor for our Epsom, NH facility. This position is responsible for the management of the night-to-day operations of the nursing department. The successful candidate will be a compassionate, organized, patient care oriented individual who has a strong understanding of quality assurance and nursing theory. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the night-to-day operations of the facility Coordinate with other departments to manage patient flow Manage work force support for overnight schedule Manage care concerns through diagnostic support with Luminacare Provide patient care and treatment as required by insurance companies and regulatory agencies Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations Manage nursing station during overnight coverage Manage patient calls and referrals to outside providers as needed or requested by patients or families Maintain cleanliness of reception area at all times; perform cleaning duties as needed to keep office neat and orderly Med cart management Other duties as assigned by
