Required Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Knowledge of individualized healthcare plans and special medical needs for children Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with young children, families, and school staff Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records CPR and First Aid certification

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care to a preschool student with specific medical needs throughout the school day Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to medical emergencies or health concerns Develop and implement individualized health plans in coordination with the child's healthcare providers and school team Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environment Educate staff as needed about the students care and emergency protocols Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, interventions, and daily health status Embrace the opportunity to make a real difference in a childs educational journey while honing your clinical and communication skills.
