The Inn is part of Fairview Senior Living's trusted continuum of care and provides a warm, supportive environment for individuals living with memory loss. We are looking for an RN who is resident-focused, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care with kindness and dignity. Position Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to residents in a memory care setting Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Communicate with physicians, families, and members of the care team Document care accurately and in accordance with facility policies Support residents with daily needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety Assist with care planning and follow-up as needed Provide guidance and support to LNAs and other team members Maintain infection control and safety standards Related duties, as assigned Position Requirements Current New Hampshire RN license in good standing Previous long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependability and flexibility for per diem scheduling Company Overview Fairview Senior Living has been a trusted part of the healthcare community since 1951, dedicated to providing personalized and compassionate care in a warm, welcoming environment.
