The 1:1 School LNA will be responsible for providing 1:1 healthcare services to a medically fragile student, promoting education, and ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. Hours are 8:00am
  • 3:00pm OR 7:30am
  • 2:30pm Monday
  • Friday for the 26/27 school year.
  • (if you cannot commit to a full school year, please do not apply)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support care to students and staff in a school setting which includes toileting, feeding, etc
  • The LNA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients
  • Maintains patient confidentiality of all clients
  • Performs duties within scope of practice, as assigned, in an accurate and timely manner
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate first aid
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a healthy school environment
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LNA
  • Experience in pediatrics
  • Knowledge of children, education, behavioral health, and patient care
