Job:
Our Radiation Oncology RN's deliver care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. It is important that we create and uphold a therapeutic, caring environment for patient and families.
What You'll Do:
Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment Involves patient/family in goal setting/planning, and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input Communicate arranged plans to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills
Who You Are:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current BSN or commitment to achieving the degree in a specified amount of time NH RN License. BCLS within orientation period required. Previous experience in Oncology, Preferred Required to complete a professional certification upon eligibility or within 3 years of entering specialty.
