1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position in New Hampshire, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic EMR proficiency. Details Home health setting with community-based patient visits Approximately 6 patient visits per day Schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) Weekend rotation required as needed No call or float requirements Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active NH state RN license or compact license currently in hand Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross only Minimum 2 years of RN home health experience required Proficiency with Epic EMR required Ability to perform patient admissions and complete OASIS assessments Professional references required (candidates may begin with one reference on file while the second is pending) Additional Information Conduct home health visits including patient admissions and OASIS assessments Orientation is 8 hours Any color scrubs are accepted First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a reduced local rate Former employees of any facility associated with SolutionHealth are not eligible, regardless of length of separation or time previously worked
