ASAP Job responsibilities Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Work 36 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
