As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in integrating collaborative care planning for individual patients and implementing nursing standards in the processes of care. You will work alongside a supportive team, including LNA's, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor, to ensure the highest quality of care. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Stepdown unit Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Utilize

for accurate and efficient documentation Maintain patient ratios of up to 6:1 Work every other weekend and holidays as needed Need 3+ years of current MS experience Need 2+ years of PCU/Stepdown experience Charge experience required
