Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases, ensuring strict adherence to safety and aseptic protocols. Work alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to deliver outstanding perioperative care. Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, and supplies for each procedure. Monitor patient status and respond swiftly to changes in condition. Document all procedures accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license. Previous experience in an Operating Room setting is essential. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing situations. BLS and ACLS certification (preferred or required—depending on facility needs). Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
