Qualifications & Experience:
Valid RN license (State of NH or compact state) Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred Proficiency in assisting with various surgeries and maintaining sterile environments Strong organizational skills and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare surgical suites and equipment for procedures Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery Assist surgeons and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout operations Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status Document care accurately and adhere to safety standards and protocols
