Join our healthcare dining team as a Registered Dietitian and help create meals that do more than just nourish-they support healing, recovery, and overall well-being.
What You'll Do:
+ Develop and oversee patient
  • and resident-centered menus that meet medical nutrition therapy needs.
+ Collaborate with chefs and food service teams to provide meals that are both nutritious and satisfying. + Ensure menus, production records, and meal service are fully compliant with healthcare regulations and dietary standards. + Provide nutrition assessments and counseling for patients/residents, including those with food allergies, chronic conditions, or special diets. + Serve as the facility's nutrition expert during state, federal, or accreditation surveys. + Educate patients, families, and staff with practical nutrition guidance and wellness resources. + Champion a positive food culture that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life. What You Bring to the
Table:
+ Registered Dietitian (RD/ RDN ) credential with a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Science. + 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or food service nutrition. + Knowledge of CMS , Joint Commission, and/or state regulatory requirements. + Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. + Compassionate, patient-first attitude and a genuine passion for healthcare. + Flexibility to adapt to patient needs and support facility staff.
