High Mowing School is searching for Full-Time School Nurse About the Position High Mowing School is now accepting applications for a full-time School Nurse to support our full-time Director of Health Services. This role protects and promotes student health, facilitates optimal development, and advances academic success. Grounded in ethical and evidence-based practice, they bridge healthcare and education and advocates for quality student-centered care. HMS has about 140 high school students; about half live on campus. This is a full-time position with on-call expectations, including overnight and weekend coverage when boarding students are on campus. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed in the State of NH Eligible for Certification/Certified as a School Nurse by the NH DOE Current BLS certification Essential Duties Medication administration and wound care Initial and ongoing assessment of patients Monitoring of compliance with Federal, State, and local laws Managing health records Administering school health services Implementation of communicable disease control program Performs nursing functions Compensation Salary commensurate with experience On-campus housing Health, dental, life, LTD Tuition remission 90% Paid time off and paid holidays Mentoring Professional development opportunities Relocation expenses stipend and support School contribution to 403b account NH is a tax-friendly state.
