Schedule/Hours:
Full-time assignment Consistent weekday shifts with occasional on-call rotations
What We Expect:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of circulating and scrubbing experience in Operating Room settings BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Adaptability to varying case loads and fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Directly assist surgeons and surgical teams in the OR, circulating or scrubbing as required Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures Maintain aseptic technique and enforce safety protocols at all times Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care Meticulously document processes and patient responses
