M Per Diem Weekends Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed. Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility standards. Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in New Hampshire. Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
